How to leave a gift in your Will
Your Will is an important document that must be properly prepared. Our guide will assist however should you choose to leave a gift to Canteen in your Will please contact your legal practitioner and have them draft the appropriate clause using the following wording as a guide.
I (insert name here) give and bequeath to Canteen - The Australian Organisation for Young People Living with Cancer, ABN 77 052 040 516, 75 King Street, Newtown, NSW 2042: for its general purposes [Choose and insert the appropriate statement from the list below]
- the whole of my estate
- (insert number) percentage of my estate
- the residual of my estate (the remainder after all other commitments have been met)
- the amount of $ (insert the value of your gift in cash)
