Canteen maintains the highest standards of data privacy and security to protect your personal details. Our commitment to your privacy is outlined in our privacy policy.  

In accordance with our data retention policy, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data by completing the form below.  

Upon receiving your completed form, we will remove or de-identify your personal information from our systems, subject to any legal obligations or legitimate interests that may require us to retain some of your information.  

Please note that some or all of the following may occur:  

• We will not recognise you should you decide to support us or take up our support services in the future.  
• We may choose to de-identify your data instead of fully deleting it. De-identified data refers to data that has been stripped of all personally identifiable information, ensuring that it can no longer be linked back to you. The de-identification process ensures that your privacy is protected while allowing us to maintain the overall integrity of our data.  
• Due to the nature of our data storage and backup systems, your personal information may still exist in backup copies even after deletion or de-identification requests have been processed. These backup copies are necessary to ensure the continued availability and integrity of our services. However, we will ensure that any personal information in these backups is overwritten or deleted during the regular backup cycle or when the backup is no longer needed for operational purposes.
